Site Work Underway for 11 Charles St. in Malden
Site work is underway for the upcoming mass timber office building at 11 Charles Street in Malden. The 4 story building will feature around 5,000 square feet of retail space on the lower level topped by offices. Cantella & Co., the building's owner/developer will occupy the top floor. In addition to a lower carbon footprint, the heavy timber construction will feature wide column spacing, exposed wood structural elements, and generous ceiling heights. Construction is expected to last through March of 2021.
