Plumbing Rough-In Begins on JP Pine Street Inn
P.J. Kennedy & Sons has begun plumbing rough-in on the new Pine Street Inn in Jamaica Plain after pulling a plumbing permit valued at $4,800,000.
The upcoming mixed-use project will include 202 income-restricted apartment homes, 140 of which would be housing units with support services for men and women moving out of homelessness along with 18,000 square feet of office space for the Pine Street Inn.
