Podium Slab Completed, Stair Towers and Wood Framing Underway at Redevelopment of Westmont Apartments
The Westmont Apartments project in Arlington, VA is making steady progress! The project team recently hit a milestone by completing the concrete podium slab.
Masonry towers for staircases and elevators have been started, as well as wood framing. We are working with Republic Properties and Lessard Design Inc.
When completed, the 6-story mixed-use building will include 250 new residential units, approximately 23,000 square feet of ground-floor retail, and two levels of below-grade parking containing approximately 345 parking spaces.
