Construction Wraps up for Arlington Mixed-Use Development
Coakley & Williams Construction has completed work on the Westmont Apartments & Retail project in Arlington, VA. This project included the demolition of the pre-existing shopping center and the subsequent construction of a 6-story mixed-use building featuring 250 apartments, along with below-ground parking facilities, street-level retail spaces, and an array of resident amenities such as a lounge, fitness center, conference room, and much more.
