Pool Structure in Place at The Crossing at Palm Aire
The pool structure at The Crossing at Palm Aire is in place as construction moves forward. The new apartment community in Sarasota will offer 315 Class-A apartment units on 17 acres of land. The community will be contained in seven three and four-story buildings. Amenities include a resort-style pool a two-story, 10,000-square foot clubhouse featuring a coffee lounge, game room, co-working spaces, and fitness center. The property is located near Sarasota Bradenton International airport and provides easy access to US 301, SR 70 and I-75.
