Progress at Makers Rise
Makers Rise is making significant progress, as interior work has begun on the 356-unit, seven-story apartment community.
Built around an existing parking garage, the high-density, mixed-use community includes more than 5,600 square feet of ground-floor retail and restaurant space and will add another public park to Dulles Station.
