Progress at Upton Place
Progress is ongoing at Upton Place, the adaptive reuse of the existing 493,000 sq. ft. office building into 689 residential units and 100,000 sq. ft. of retail space.
The final project will result in an 821,000 sq. ft. mixed-use development.
The project will reach substantial completion by 2024.
