Reading Development Secures $18.675 Million in Financing
DiBiase Corporation has secured $18.675 million in financing from Enterprise Bank for PostMark Square in Reading.
The redevelopment of the Reading Post Office property will take a landmark structure which has long been part of the fabric of Reading’s downtown and create a vibrant 84,611 square foot mixed-use building with space for commercial tenants to engage the street and provide 55 new units of housing.
