Wakefield Development Site Acquired for $5.6M
DiBiase Companies has closed on the development site at 62 & 76 Foundry St. in Wakefield for $5,630,000 with $27,975,000 in financing for the project secured through Enterprise Bank & Trust. Plans for the site call for a 4-story mixed-use building to include just over 50 residential units with ground-floor retail/restaurant space.
