Renderings Revealed for Arlington YMCA Redevelopment
Renderings have been unveiled for the proposed redevelopment of the Arlington YMCA near Virginia Square.
Orr Partners is proposing the construction of a new 88,815 square foot recreational facility and a six-story, 374-unit residential building.
The buildings will feature 315 and 330 respective parking spaces on below- and above-grade levels.
The new YMCA building will feature a two-story natatorium with a below-grade pool and racketball and tennis courts.
