Residential Development Proposed in Surfside
Developer Kushner Companies has submitted plans for a luxury housing in Surfside that would offer 87 apartment units. The one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments would range in size from 1,128-square feet to 2,284-square feet. The three-story building would also include 7,000 square feet of ground floor amenities, a rooftop pool deck and 700-square foot synagogue. The historic building on the site will be integrated into the project. The Surfside Planning and Zoning Board will consider the proposal on November 30.
