Revisions to Site Plan Proposed for Henson Apartments in Rockville
The proposal has decreased the square footage of the building by roughly 30,000 sq. ft., however, the number of units increases by one, to 191. The site plans namely address parking and site concerns for the detached Lidi Grocery Store next to the proposed multi-family development. A surprising 78 units will have 3 bedrooms, 57 units will have 2 bedrooms, and 56 will have one bedroom. The metro-adjacent development will have 100% affordable units.
