RFP Issued for Vacant Mattapan Site
The City of Boston has issued an RFP for two vacant lots totaling over 16,000 square feet at the corner of Cummins Highway & Regis Road in Mattapan. A mixed-use development would be preferred, ideally with housing for the missing middle (80-120% AMI). The community is seeking a first-floor activation use that responds to the community such as but not limited to community space for a Welcome Center for the community and refugees, arts, small business space, workforce development, youth center, and/or community center.
