Riverfront Deck Being Installed For The Lofts at Front Street
Crews are making huge progress on the construction of The Lofts at Front Street. Located at 533 Front Street in Norfolk VA this development project will bring 258 apartment units to the Elizabeth River Trail. The deck is currently being installed for future residents to have some of the best views in the city. Exterior siding and window installation is well underway as well. The amenities for the development will include a club room, fitness room with a separate yoga room, an outdoor pool with grilling stations, and shuffleboard, a rooftop balcony, an observation deck viewing the river and a kayak launch. Apartments will feature one, two, and three-bedroom options. Construction is scheduled to be completed by September 2022.
