Rockville Office to Convert to Residential, Plus Townhomes
Plans are under review to convert existing office space into a total of 27 units.
The existing office building will be divided into 12 condominiums, expanded to add an additional four units, and to construct 13 new townhouse units.
The construction materials and design of the structures were matched to be compatible with the surrounding area.
Plans call for 32 surface-level parking spaces.
