Roofing and Windows Complete on Building 1 of Breakwater
Work continues on the massive Breakwater North Harbor project in Lynn. Roofing and window installation have wrapped up on building 1 while rough framing continues on building 2.
Breakwater is an upcoming 331 unit market-rate apartment project on 14-acre waterfront site, dubbed North Harbor in Lynn. The project includes the development of a harbor walk and linear park along the shoreline.
