Scape Introduces Sister Brand Morro
Scape has introduced sister brand Morro, a new approach to renting, designed to make modern urban living feel truly like home. Morro’s design-led approach maximizes space and utility to give people access to the best locations in cities, with a quality build, access to outsize amenities such as on-site gyms, cinemas, co-working spaces and meeting rooms.
Having already opened The Guild in Guildford and The Bon in Boston, Morro is looking ahead to even more vibrant neighborhoods around the world. Tomorrow's Morros are coming to San Jose in California, Fenway in Boston, and Hackney, Surrey Quays, Walthamstow, and Haggerston in London. Morro is committed to making a positive impact in our communities and through its ESG agenda is future-proofing against climate change, targeting 2045 to achieve its net zero targets.
