Sealy & Company’s Key Logistics Center Fully Leased
We are excited to see the successful execution of our underwritten stabilization strategy, thanks to our partnership with CBRE. Our recent acquisition in Lakeland, Florida, one of the country's fastest-growing secondary industrial markets in the U.S., had previously sat vacant since delivery and became fully leased shortly after closing. David Murphy and Monica Wonus with CBRE represented Sealy & Company in the negotiations. Our industry relationships are a core component of our past, current, and future success.
