Self-Storage Facility Planned Near Downtown Tampa
A developer has plans for a new self-storage planned near downtown Tampa that will display a unique look. The 10-story facility that will contain 1,200 units, will be designed to emulate a museum. Plans are to break ground in mid-2023. Prior to construction, the property will need approval from the City of Tampa. The city requires storage facilities in the urban core to be contained in a residential building and cannot occupy more than 40% of the building.
