Senior Housing Community in Palmetto Open
Construction is complete and residents have begun moving in at The Reef at Riviera. The 62+ community in Palmetto offers 224 one to three-bedroom affordable housing units in a five-story building, including wheelchair accessible units. To qualify, residents must make less than 60% of the area’s median income. Community amenities feature a clubhouse, fitness center, pool, courtyard and dog park.
