Senior Housing Community Now Leasing
Construction is nearing completion at The Reef at Riviera and the senior housing development is now leasing. The 62+ community in Palmetto will offer 224 one to three-bedroom units in a five-story building, including wheelchair accessible units. Slated to open in August 2022, community amenities will feature a clubhouse, fitness center, pool, courtyard and dog park. A temporary leasing office at 2710 River Trace Cir, Bradenton, FL 34208.
