Site & Foundation Work Ongoing for 125 Sumner Street in East Boston
Site and foundation work is ongoing for the upcoming 2 building project at 125 Sumner Street in East Boston. One building within the development will contain approximately 22 affordable rental apartments, and the other will contain 30 mixed-income condos. Apartments will include 3 and 4-bedrooms, and condominiums will include studio, one-, two- and three bedrooms. A 1,040 square foot public Community Room facing Boston Harbor connected to an outdoor patio with sweeping harbor and downtown skyline views will be located in the apartment building.
