Site Nearly Clear for Fenway R&D Project
The site is nearly clear at 201 Park Drive in Fenway. The upcoming 14-story building will feature over 500,000 square feet of office and lab space with ground-floor retail. Two leases have already been secured for the projects with Tango Therapeutics and investment firm Third Rock Ventures. Construction is expected to last through 2022.
