Fenway Life Science Project Prepares to Go Vertical
Construction is progressing for the upcoming 13-story net-zero project set for 421 Park Drive in Fenway. Crews are preparing for the erection of an additional tower crane to support steel erection. Elsewhere on the site, 11 new trees are being planted along both sides of Park Drive. The new building will feature state-of-the-art office/life science space along with a full-service grocer. Earlier this fall, Boston Children's Hospital acquired roughly 268,000 square feet of space in the upcoming building for over $172M.
