Site Work Underway for The Stonybrook in JP
Site work is underway for The Stonybrook and upcoming mixed-use project along Washington Street in Egelston Square. The building is set to include 40 condos along with 3 ground floor retail spaces totaling just over 2,500 square feet. Units will range in size from studios up through 3 bedrooms. There will also be parking for 20 cars on site.
