SL Green Realty Corp. has closed on the sale of 635-641 Sixth Avenue for $325M to Spear Street Capital. The 267,000 square foot property is comprised of two adjoined buildings occupying the full western block-front on Sixth Avenue from 19th Street to 20th Street. The building is currently 94% leased with anchor tenant Infor, recently signing a lease extension through 2030.
