Skanska Set to Break Ground on Arlington Office Project Next Month
Skanska has announced they will break ground next month on their 3901 Fairfax commercial development project in Arlington. The 9-story trophy building will feature 191,000 square feet of office space and 10,000 square feet of retail space, in addition to an 8,000 square-foot community-focused public plaza. “Our proximity to Ballston’s vibrant urban community, a variety of transit options, and Arlington’s concentrated talent pool will make the office building an exciting and attractive business environment." - Mark Carroll, EVP and Regional Manager of Skanska USA Commercial Development’s DC market.
