Arlington Office Project Tops Out
Skanska has celebrated topping out at 3901 North Fairfax Drive in Arlington. The new 9-story, roughly 200,000-square-foot office project is aiming to achieve LEED Gold, WELL Core V2 Gold, and WiredScore Gold certifications. Amenities include a rooftop terrace, a 3,600 square foot fitness center, and a 37-space bike room including a fix-it station and bike wash station.
