Slab Poured at Self Storage Facility in Lutz, Florida
The slab has been poured and construction of the exterior walls has started at Safeguard Self Storage in Lutz. The new self-storage facility will provide over 900 storage spaces with 70,600 rentable square feet. The Safeguard Self Storage facility will include a three-story, 99,786-square foot building with climate-controlled storage units along with three one-story non climate-controlled storage buildings. Located on 6.84 acres, the site north of Tampa is convenient to I-275 as well as residential neighborhoods, industrial, office and retail areas.
