South Boston Power Plant Secures $181.8 Million in Financing, Demolition Ongoing
has secured $181,855,033 in financing for 776 Summer Street in South Boston with demolition ongoing on the project. A redevelopment of the South Boston Power Plant, the mixed-use project will include the adaptive reuse of 4 historic Turbine Halls and create 860,000 square feet of commercial space, 636 units of housing, a 240 room hotel, and over 5 acres of new public open space.
