Staten Island Bank Building Sells for $2.82M
A single-story commercial building, located at 800 Forest Avenue in Staten Island's West Brighton neighborhood has just been sold for $2.82 million. The structure was purchased by Wharton Properties from the previous owner, Holland & Knight LLP, in a deal brokered by CBRE.
Originally constructed in 1955, the building itself is currently occupied by a Santander bank branch, and it totals square feet. The property also offers 29 accessory parking spaces.
Whether or not Wharton plans to redevelop the property is unclear at this time, but with the lot spanning square feet altogether, it offers plenty of building potential, with 14,757 square feet of unimproved land.
