Structural Steel Framing Underway for The Heights at Haverhill
Structural steel is going up for The Heights at Haverhill, just 40 minutes north of Boston. The ten-story building will feature 42 apartments along with, a sky lounge, on-site dining, roof deck, café, and outdoor terraces, plus leased educational space for Northern Essex Community College’s Culinary Arts and Hospitality Center, and incubator space for local entrepreneurs. Located in downtown Haverhill and adjacent to the Merrimack River the Heights aims to be a catalyst for further development in this area of the city.
