Pennsylvania-based real estate firm GMH Communities, in a joint venture with CBRE Strategic Partners U.S. Value 9 fund, has acquired Venue at North Campus, a student housing community near the University of South Florida. According to Hillsborough County records, the community sold for $70 million. The previous owner was Horizon Realty Advisors.
