Superstructure Complete for Brooklyn Residential Building
Standing in the middle of a developers paradise in Clinton Hill, Brooklyn, 532 Clinton Avenue now boasts all of its 7 stories and a freshly poured concrete superstructure. This latest addition to the rapidly transforming neighborhood is being developed by Golan Developers Corp and will contain 12 residential units. The building has been designed by Afshari PC, and it will total about 33,000 square feet.
With the superstructure complete, the focus has shifted to interior fabrication. The site has received numerous loads of sheetrock and light-gauge aluminum studs. General contractor, Avo Construction, is starting to frame out the floor plans and has already begun constructing the interior walls.
