Taurus acquires newly-built, 190-unit Wellington Parkside Apartments in Everett for over $56 million
Real estate investor Taurus Investment Holdings of Boston has acquired Wellington Parkside, a 190-unit luxury apartment development in Everett completed in 2015, for over $56 million from developer SMC Management. The exact sale price is $56,007,000, or nearly $300,000 ($294,774) per unit. The Dolben Company will take over as Wellington Parkside’s property manager; Wellington Parkside was previously managed by CP Management of Watertown.
