The Cove Apartment Community Sold for $132 Million
The Cove, a 689-unit apartment community in south Tampa’s West Shore area has been acquired by Dallas-based investor Lurin for $132 million. The name was changed to The Delmar. Located on Old Tampa Bay, The Delmar offers beautiful water views, along with a clubhouse, bayside pool, and fitness center. The Delmar is a short commute from downtown Tampa and minutes away from Tampa International Airport.
