Topping Out at The Rae at Westlake in Bethesda
The Rae in Bethesda celebrated the topping out of the new building, which broke ground around this time last year.
The development is set to include 343 apartments, with 44 designated affordable along with a host of amenities including a pool, fitness center, and coworking space.
Construction is expected to last through the third quarter of 2023.
