Tower Crane On-Site at E11even Hotel & Residences in Miami, Fl
In January a permit for a tower crane to rise 750 feet above ground for E11even Hotel & Residences was submitted to the FAA and has been under review until now. As of yesterday, the first tower crane has been installed at the location and is right on time with the estimated work schedule from May 3 2023 to November 3, 2024.
E11even Hotel & Residences will feature 416 units and amenities for both towers including a casino-style sports lounge, a rooftop, a spa and wellness center, and several chef-driven restaurants. E11even Residences Beyond will include 461 luxury condos.
