Tower Cranes In Place for 560 Unit Bethesda Project
Tower cranes are up for the Pooks Hill project in Bethesda. This month the CBG Building team poured the first slab on grade and completed mass excavation, sheeting, and shoring. The project will feature two 11-story towers with a total of 562 residential units. The development is targeting NGBS Green certification, with notable sustainable features including electric vehicle charging stations, a green roof, and a natural site plan that preserves on-site trees and protects the Forestry Conservation Area located directly north of the project.
