Framing Rising for Mixed-Use Building at Halley Rise
CBG Building Company is working on wood framing for the next building within the Halley Rise development. This project will include 480 units over a mixed-use podium with 8,000 square feet of retail space. Amenities will include a fitness room, pet spa, and a courtyard with a pool. Construction is expected to be complete in January 2025.
