Trammell Crow Wins Approval for 2 Mixed-Use Towers in West Loop
The Chicago Plan Commission has approved Trammell Crow's plans for 2 mixed-use towers at 315 N. May & 1112 W. Carroll. The 26-story, May building will feature 650,000 square feet of office space and 15,000 square feet of commercial space. The Carroll tower will rise 33-stories and include 377 residential units and ground-floor retail space. Both buildings will be filled with state-of-the-art amenities and ample outdoor space for the building’s users.
