Transformation of 80 M St. SE Complete
Columbia Property Trust and Hickok Cole have completed their "transformation" of 80 M Street SE.
The project involved adding two additional stories, plus a habitable penthouse to the existing seven-story, 292,100 sq. ft. office building.
The addition will add 87,506 sq. ft. of office space on two levels offers 16-foot ceilings, and a 24,516 sq. ft. penthouse using mass timber as the primary construction material.
