Tri-County 75 Agrees to Pre-Lease with Ferguson Enterprises
Ferguson Enterprises has agreed to lease 252,860 square feet at Tri-County 75, a Class A, 72-acre master planned industrial development located in Fort Myers, Florida. The project is being developed by Glen Star and Columnar Holdings. The campus is comprised of five buildings totaling 800,000 square feet. Ferguson will occupy part of a 404,200 square foot cross-dock building, the first of its kind in Southwest Florida. The building will be delivered September 1, 2023. The site is prominently located at the intersection of I-75 and Luckett Road with excellent highway visibility and traffic counts exceeding 95,000 cars per day.
