Two Developers Added to the Team For a 58-Story Edgewater Condo Building
The former 710 Edge project at 710 NE 29th St in Miami's Edgewater district now has a new name and has also added more developers.
Now being called, The Villa the project will rise at 58 stories, 649 feet high offering 60-70 condo units (the city originally approved plans for a max of 70 units at the development site). The already approved project has added developers, Major Food Group and Terra Group to the team and will be the first residential project for MFG. Major Food Group will also run the restaurants, lounges, bars and amenity spaces, including a waterfront restaurant on the ground floor of the Edgewater building.
The details of the new development have yet to be determined but we can expect the condo sales to start at around $8.5 million for a 6,200-square-foot full-floor residence.
