Two New Tenants Signs Leases for The Boro Tower
The Meridian Group & Rockefeller Group have announced 2 new lease signings for The Boro Tower. The new tenants include Williams Mullen and Hanwha Defense International. Hanwha, a defense contractor, will lease just under 3,000 square feet on the 18th floor in the 20-story tower while Williams Mullen will take 14,950 square feet on the 16th floor. The 400,000 square foot tower is now 80% leased.
