An office building situated in the heart of the Clarendon/Courthouse is in early stages of redevelopment.
The Meridian Group filed a Special General Land Use Plan Study for the property today.The 104,347-square-foot, five-story office building is currently designated as Low Office-Apartment-Hotel.

"To achieve a mixed-use development that is consistent with both existing planning documents and the prominent location of the Property within the Rosslyn-Ballston Corridor, the Applicant proposes that the GLUP designation of the property be changed to "High-Office-Apartment-Hotel."
