The Meridian Group Acquires Chantilly Office Complex
JLL Capital Markets has announced the sale of the Plaza East office complex in Chantilly, VA. The Meridian Group has purchased the roughly 250,000 square foot office campus from MRP Realty and Rockpoint Group. The property is currently occupied by 7 tenants including government contractor Perspecta Inc. occupying 68% of the space. On-site features include a tenant-only state-of-the-art fitness facility, a gourmet deli, and child care facilities within Westfields Corporate Center.
