Two Seminole Heights Apartment Communities sold in $60.5 Million
HITE and Notch, apartment communities with a combined 193-units Tampa’s Seminole Heights Neighborhood, have been sold as a portfolio for $60.5 million. The property was sold by the developer, Milhaus. According to Hillsborough County Records, the buyer was Hite And Notch Apartments, LLC.
CBRE secured $50.3 million in financing. The senior loan was provided by Ready Capital with additional proceeds to be used to complete tenant improvements for the ground-floor retail components and other capital improvements at both properties.
Notch, which is located 6307 N. Nebraska is a four-story building with 112 unit and 1,144 square feet of ground-floor retail space.
Located just 0.7 miles away at 6006 N. Florida Avenue, HITE, is five-stories high and contains 81 units and 6,771 square feet of ground-floor retail space.
