Updated Phasing Planned for 88 Black Falcon Redevelopment
The Davis Companies has filed for a Notice of Project Change to adjust the phasing for the previously approved 88 Black Flacon redevelopment, Siting market conditions, the developer now wants to construct the project in 2 phases. Phase 1 would include rehab of the existing building, site improvements, and redesign & reconstruction of Drydock & Black Falcom Ave. intersection. Phase 2 would then see the new 327,6000 square foot vertical addition added.
