Updated Plans Approved for Market Terminal Parcel C-2
The DC Zoning Board has approved updated plans for the mixed-use project at Parcel C-2 within Market Terminal. The development will now include 232 residential units, 4,500 square feet of retail space, and a 1,125 square foot maker space. 26 units within the building will be designated affordable at 50% & 60% AMI.
